Coaster bike “Sister Mary”

This racing bike, converted to a single speed, is from the early 70s and was originally a celerifere. Let me explain: FM came to us with an old rust colored two wheeler (or maybe it was just rust) Once we disassembled her we recognized that she was unsuitable for the conversion we wanted.

Instead, I transferred a Bottechia frame from another project but at the moment of this decision was made our body worker was just about to spray a dark cherry color on her.

“Sister Mary” is meant to be black as oil, shiny and polished and adorned, also, on the stem and handlebars. Then the white oOo the white… The seat is splendid! But while we are all aware that the white Vittoria Zaffiro tires and grip will not last long, in the mean time, she is truly a sight to be seen. Super elegant and so very “trash” at the same time. It perfect fits for the Dj that rides her.

This bike made its debut from Biascagne on a Sunday morning, which I think is perfect for Sister Mary.
